A long time ago in a far off land (England), after a bumpy and traumatic recession where everything seemed lost and the days were dark, I decided to use what little I had, to buy an old vintage handbag I had spotted in a second hand store, to sell it on ebay. Within a few months I was selling a range of vintage accessories from gloves and scarves to hats and clothes - and from there my business grew. In time I started to get messages asking for vintage knitwear - but like my mother and grandmother before her - those vintage sweaters were pulled apart and knitted into something else. Finding knitwear that wasn't dissected or moth eaten wasn't an easy task - but the patterns to make them wasn't!

That was several years ago and today I just sell patterns - Knitting and crochet mainly, but I have a growing range of embroidery, tatting/lace making, macrame, rug hooking and other craft patterns. With a collection of over 100,000 patterns at my disposal......Today you find me relaunching my pattern range as a downloadable service.
